Basic State Residency Information

Those who have researched registered citizen issues have seen the 50 states residency requirements chart shown below. If we are not mistaken the original chart was created by ACSOL (Alliance for Constitutional SO Laws) and has been updated multiple times, most recently by Oncefallen.com and others. While this chart provides important information we all need, and we appreciate the hard work that has been put into updating it, we feel it can be improved. Like the rest of our website, we will be making the information on this chart dynamic, database driven. We are adding always current links to the latest law references for each section of the chart, detailed Adam Walsh state status information, in addition to state and local law enforcement contact information on a national level.

We anticipate the completion of the creation of the databases for it and be able to publish it sometime in the third quarter of 2022.
